These scissor replaced my normal steel kitchen sheers.  so much more ergonomically useful than what I had.  my favorite use is for fresh green onion.  Instead of trying to trying cut tiny pieces of green onion  right up next to your fingers, you can hold a bunch and cut green only like confetti for food.. no rusting and no metal transfer to your food... excellent for kitchens!!

This is my favorite kitchen tool.  I use them all the time.  I cut herbs, cut kids' food, cut greens for salads.  The ceramic doesn't transfer any taste like the metal.  After using ceramic, I feel like the metal scissors are dirty to use on food, even after cleaning them.

I love that it is ceramic material which does not get rusted. It's handy, sturdy and very sharp!

I use these daily to cut the most difficult material of all, Kevlar. They have withstood this torture test well and still retain their sharpness after cutting other material like carbon fiber. If these ever wear out I will be getting more. It would be nice if they offered a lager size.

This is my go-to kitchen tool for chopping herbs, greens for salad without any metallic taste.  They retain their sharpness even after long time usage!! Definitely highly recommend!
