We do not ship to PO Boxes, Canada, Mexico, or Puerto Rico.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm PST/PDT (excluding US Holidays).
Please expect processing delays of up to 10 business days, due to increased order volume and/or during the holidays.
Priority orders received after 12 pm PST will ship the next business day.
To prioritize and expedite an order, choose FedEx 2-day or Standard Overnight options for an additional fee.
RETURNS/DAMAGES
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Request a return in “my account” by visiting “order history” and selecting the order or items to be returned. A notification will be sent with a return authorization once it is processed.
With the exception of those items covered by our manufacturer’s warranty, no credit will be issued for a product not in new condition or in the original packaging.
Damaged shipments should be reported immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) to our Customer Service Department.
Please notify us of any shipping discrepancies within 10 days of receipt of the product.
