This knife makes the cut!
Received this knife as a gift and it is pretty great. I already have several of the original Revolution series with the Z206 blades in white, which are also great, but this new Z212 blade is a cut above! It is super sharp and seems very durable, and the black color with matching soft grip handle makes this knife stand out. Excellent product!

Stays Sharp!
The knife stays sharp and slices with ease. Highly recommend for yourself or as a gift.

Sharpest Knife I Have Ever Had!
When I ordered this knife, I expected the same sharpness of a steel knife, but it was incredibly surprising how much sharper this ceramic knife was. I am totally impressed by this knife. And I love the black color. In fact, I love it so much that recently I bought a whole 5 piece set with a Bamboo storing block. Definitely would recommend these knives to everyone.
