I purchased one set for myself and one for a relative. I have NEVER had a better knife set in my life. The blade on each knife is stunning. Hard to believe it's ceramic. It slices through everything like a hot knife in butter. Every knife I buy going forward will be made by Kyocera. I enjoy meal prep now, too!
