Revolution knife set
I love the Kyocera Knife. It is very sharp and stays that way.

Great Knife
Extremely sharp knives that cut like a dream. They are very easy to clean too. they are a bit brittle though, mine chipped when cutting a piece of meat that had some bone hidden in it.
